Short version: we keep what you send us, and that's it.

Who we are
SBT Studios, LLC, in Midland–Odessa, Texas. Questions about anything on this page go to scott@sbtstudios.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms. The free site analysis form asks for your name, business, website, email, and anything you want to tell us.
- What you put on a client page. If you're working with us, your private page saves your questionnaire answers and add-on choices so you can come back to them.
- What you send us directly. Emails, texts, and calls.
What we don't do
- No advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting.
- No mailing list. Sending a form doesn't sign you up for anything.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Not to anyone, not for anything.
Where it lives
- The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, its servers see basic request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and block attacks.
- Form messages are delivered by email to scott@sbtstudios.com, which runs on Microsoft 365.
- Client page answers are stored with Cloudflare, behind your passcode.
- Fonts and images are served from this site. Nothing loads from Google or anyone else's servers.
How long we keep it
As long as it's useful for the work you asked about. Ask us to delete what you've sent and we will, except anything we're required to keep for taxes or contracts.
Kids
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
