sbtstudios.com is run by SBT Studios, LLC, in Texas. We work to keep everything on it accurate and current, but it's provided as-is. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract.

The free site analysis

It's our honest opinion, based on what we can see from the outside on the day we look. It isn't a guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. We don't log into your accounts or install anything to do it, and there's no obligation to hire us afterward.

Client pages

If we set up a private page for you, it's behind a passcode. Keep the passcode to yourself and the people you're working with. What's on your page stays between us.

Paid work

Any work we do for you is covered by the written proposal you approve. If something on this site and your proposal disagree, the proposal wins.

Who owns what

The words, design, and code of this site belong to SBT Studios. Your logo, photos, and content stay yours. Under our standard terms, a site we build for you is yours once it's paid for.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, SBT Studios isn't liable for losses that come from using this site or relying on the free analysis.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
